Working with a bi-national staff is great experience and is also a tremendous opportunity to fine tune language skills. The people who work there are very close and it is a comfortable environment.

There is a lot of micromanagement, disorganization, and poor communication among departments. The closeness among employees may be at times a negative thing because everyone knows everyone else's business. There is also a difference between benefits for staff and contract workers, though this gap seems to be closing.
