      Pros

      Working from the Edinburgh, Scotland Office. The office have a great team to work with who also give each other full support. it is diverse as you have a mixture of sales, engineering and marketing working out the same office. Good salary + commission packages Opportunity to progress.

      A number of employees were pleasant but the good ones either quit or were laid off

      Cons

      Leadership has no vision for the future Product hasnt had innovation in 7 years Company is not competitive with market needs Highly toxic environment, stemming from top & middle management Top management just wants to sell company, doesnt care about real success
