Pros

The company offers a flexible hybrid work schedule, with the ability to work from home three days per week and in the office two days per week. Employee appreciation events were well done, including nice luncheons, breakfast perks, and well-organized holiday celebrations such as the annual Christmas party. Coworkers across teams were generally friendly, approachable, and supportive, which made day-to-day collaboration pleasant. The social environment among peers contributed positively to the overall employee experience.

Cons

During my tenure, compensation growth was limited. Over a three-year period, I did not receive a formal performance review or salary increase, despite consistently meeting job expectations. While the company invested heavily in employee perks such as snacks, themed days, and catered lunches, these investments did not translate into tangible career development or compensation progression for non-sales staff. The workplace culture can feel siloed and cliquish, particularly within HR. If an employee is not well-aligned with certain individuals, it can impact broader team dynamics and inclusion. Escalation paths may feel constrained, as leadership relationships at the executive level can make it difficult for concerns to be addressed objectively. Recognition and advancement are heavily weighted toward sales roles. Employees in operational and support functions often struggle to receive adequate training, resources, and acknowledgment for their contributions. Other departments frequently expressed challenges in obtaining consistent guidance and support, which affected efficiency and morale.
