Pros
Sui and Walrus are incredible innovations. They are a step towards where Web3 should be. People who work there are generally friendly. Many people in the company seem to be very professional, thoughtful, and full of varying experiences that contributes to a diverse company.
Cons
There can be a culture of fear and uncertainty. The communication can be disingenuous. There seems to be a hostile culture between product and engineering. Management and on-boarding w.r.t. my team was terrible. I often found that I needed to "onboard myself" engaging in a "pull" approach as opposed to a "push" approach. While asynchronous collaboration is promoted, it felt like you were bothering people, often. My "on-boarding buddy" was more of a router, than an oracle, which often resulted in more routing to other people.
