Flexible But Salary Structure is not up to expectation - Programmer Mysoft Employee Review

There is none. Company make huge profit but there is no proper distribution

They hire fresher for low payment. But want result like 2/3 years experience employee

I didn't know its a bad company otherwise i didn't join here

1.Increament just 1 tine in a year according to employees facevalue rather than their responsibilities and performances. 2. Very late salary payments 3. Nepotism in management who never agree thier failure 4. Incase of employee switcing their jobs, MySoft will not give their salary of the last month by their internal law. 5. Too much oiling 6. No value of experience and work 7. They think employees are their slave, so employees cannot have any personal time 8. Never issue extra payment for extra working hour 9. No personal and carrier growth of employees
