Pay and benefits could be better

Good pay, nice van provided

They do not care about their employees or their customers. They will expect you to slave for them. No lunch breaks or even able to stop to use the restroom. They are rude and disrespectful. They lie and manipulate their employees. I would never recommend this job to anyone. I have never seen a company treat their customers and employees so bad. They will leave their customers stuck after appointments for hours and sometimes never return to take them home. They do not care about the safety of their customers. 2 customers told me that they were not secured in the wheel chair inside the vehicle. I reported it and I was the one that got fired. All they care about is money, not the employees or the customers.
