      Pros

      Work is remote and can be done easily from home. Saves me some gas money. I like my co workers.

      Cons

      Theres a 90 waiting period for medical benefits, or so they said because it got extended again. CEO is green and changes his mind on a whim. Some actions are shady and cant really give good explanation of billing. Managers are green and no experience so its still a mess and things changes everyday. Forcibly changed our job description overnight anf if we didnt do as they said, the managers said not to bother clockin in.

      Pros

      Flexibility to work from home, travel, decent benefits and I liked the all hands on deck energy.

      Cons

      Startup with limited benefits, Covid made it hard for many people to commit and many people quit.
