      Its more like a business when you are with the company as you earn more for yourself when you are making more business for the company which can take you places when your team is putting in an effort.

      Cons

      With the rise of inflation product prices are going crazy high and cost cutting is effecting sales with no help from the company to maintain market share resulting in less sales

      Pros

      Very good people to work with, everyone is nice there. Gain experience with both R&D and applications. Good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      It's a startup company. But I think this company is in the right tract for growing. Other than that, everything is fine for me.
