Poor leadership, Terrible communication. Lackluster support. - Lab Technician Myant Employee Review

Myant has most of the things that can help with our job. The facilities and equipment here are great, and my co-worker are supporting and competent. Unfortunately, we are under a poor leadership is terrible and inefficient, and it's probably because they aren't even trying at all. Our leaders just dump a bunch of tasks on us without guiding us.
