Having worked at a few startups before Mya, I thought my next job would be in a corporate. But I gave this whole startup life another try and this time it was different! So different that even after getting my other offers from FB and some other corporates, I still decided to stick with Mya. Depending on how you look at a startup; first product, then people, or the other way around, here is why I love it: Product wise, Mya is a pioneer in its field and you'll be sure to have a great future! Search for yourself and you'll see. But most importantly, I would say the people, the overall culture, and environment are what make Mya stand out among other startups that I have worked for before. From a professional point of view, they have a team of top-notch engineers which are always happy to help each other. I would say a very healthy competitive environment. They also always give you the freedom of choosing your project of interest, which could be a R/D project, a production level project, or whatever else you think might help you and the company. The other thing which makes Mya stand out is its cofounders and the leadership team; how open minded and understanding they are. They built this trust environment and culture in which everyone trust each other, you would get the vibe after spending only a few days at Mya. If you have a new idea, all you have to do is to talk to them, then they will fund and support your idea to the end and you will have an immediate world impact! You can count on them as your friends.
