Pros
Work/Life balance. Most employees choose their own schedules. Management was great at corporate.
Cons
There is no guarantee of clients renewing contract, therefore no real job security. In my personal experience, I moved there for the job. I got settled in, only to be told that the client isn't renewing the contract and we were all out if work immediately.
