Pros
Making it to the end of the week for a weekly paycheck
Cons
This company is brand new and you can most certainly tell. The training teaches you NOTHING about your job as an “advocate” or “Medicare” just how many times you can read a script. The phones calls are generated from SPAM ads promising elderly and low income people to $3000 cash, $3000 help with rent and utility bills, and $1000 food cards. Why would you want your calls to be based on completely false information??? Callers that are unlucky as to stick around the call beyond the deceptive opening lines may have an opportunity to be changed out of their perfectly fine plan for a less than fine one. We’re told $100 per lead to later find out it’s $50 upfront and $25 over the course of months. Next year it will be only $25 upfront. Unlimited PTO (with restrictions and no longer once 2023 comes around). Management seems to be a bunch of random people pulled from another insurance company with zero experience in leading sales teams. The list of why to NOT come to MPA goes on and on. I don’t predict they’ll stick around too long with these shady business practices.
