The founder is running the company instead of knowing when to step aside and let someone who is actually qualified and successful as a CEO run the company. Although he is highly intelligent, he lacks compassion and respect for people in the manner in which he manages his direct reports and interacts with employees. Very racist and sexist executive team. One of the co-founders uses a self-manipulated hiring assessment with the goal of selecting people who can get along with the CEO. Customers are not paying because the company cannot deliver. Such a promising company but there is no execution or guidance from the Executive Team. Losing very good talent and bringing in unqualified Executives with inflated titles and pay. Understaffs us out in the field as staff who are customer facing and the backbone of the organization.
