Pros

Company that is genuinely invested in helping participants . Supportive team leaders .Varied and interesting role. Can be challenging working in the NDIS ever changing space but if you like feeling like you can make a difference beats other phone based role hands down

Cons

Could do with more staff but are actively recruiting .
