      Pros

      Most of the people are pretty nice. That’s about it.

      Cons

      - No direction. -Too many cooks in the kitchen. Half of the staff is in a Executive/VP position. Each with there own opinion. -Three owners are never on the same page. -Owners scream at one another. -People are under paid. -Over Promise/Under Deliver on many occasions. -People going over each other’s heads. -High Turnover. -Office is not well kept. -No Benefits. -Not paid on time.

      Great bosses and management at the business. Fun events as well

      Only remote now but use to have an office pre covid

      Remote work, friendly clients, able to learn all aspects of marketing/ advertising

      Cons

      Little communication from managers or higher management Poor support Expected to carry the load for fired team members with no pay increase Asked to do tasks that the Manager and CEO were responsible for
