There is no salary appraisal, and the basic salary is the only compensation offered, no bonuses, no festive gifts, or any additional benefits. Employees are severely underpaid, making it difficult to cover monthly expenses. The work pressure is overwhelming, with one employee often burdened with the workload of multiple roles, yet still undercompensated. The company lacks proper equipment, further hindering productivity and adding to the stress. Ethical practices are absent, as evidenced by their deduction of Provident Fund (PF) contributions from salaries without crediting them to employees' PF accounts, which is highly unethical and potentially illegal.
