Pros
People are friendly and helpful (DM and below) Base pay is ok even you don't hit your target. Good for students/people looking for a temp job, they won't fire you, even you never hit your goal. You can also take a vacation anytime you want.
Cons
Upper management sucks... They change the policy and target almost every month. The store goal is ridiculous. In my market, none of the stores can hit 75% store goal. Turn over rate is high, more than 75% of new hire left in the first 6 months. So always overstaff/insufficient staff The benefit is just a joke, they use your vacation hour for sick leave. and you can take away only 20% of your 401K after working 2 years for them.
