Great group of talent with creative ideas and a punk-rock attitude. They gave people plenty of creative freedom and encouraged experimentation.

Management was bad at forecasting its income and managing its expenses, which led to people not getting paid on time as the company struggled to balance the books.

They're a semi-known media company, you can find out alot about what not to do very fast. It's really a bad environment, I dont want to put pros just to reach the word minimum.
