Lot's of politics and it never felt like the higher ups had any desire to help this place advance and grow. This school has a lot of potential but it's expensive and the music industry is a bit slow to evolve in certain areas. Few received raises (if ever) and if they did they needed to go through hoops to do it. It was better to leave and get a new job.
