Pros
Good work/life balance. Competitive pay with profit sharing program. Great benefits (health/dental insurance, etc.) Small enough company for individuals to make a difference, large enough for world-class opportunities.
Cons
Because the company is small, sometimes decision making can be a little frustrating. Musco believes in taking initiative, but also requires a (sometimes) cumbersome approval process.
