Long-term relationships with clients, Many office locations, Non-insurance services are better than any competitor in the market.
Cons
ESOP company that leadership team owns more than the employees do. Management owns the buildings that they lease to the company. Making money via salary, ESOP fund, and lease income. Rarely follow through on employee suggestions. Unable to attract and keep young, talented and energetic employees.
