Pros

I can’t recall any positives.

Cons

The owners management style cross purposes significantly. Upper and middle management get by with boot licking at its finest leaving the lower level employees to keep everything going with free labour.

Pros

Not a single thing is positive

Cons

Absolutely despicable excuse of a company which should not be allowed to operate anywhere on this planet. If anyone is going to take any review of this company seriously, take it from someone who was employed as an engineer for Murray lift group. How a company treats their engineers is a good starting point of how they treat the clients and their jobs. I found a new job that pays more and handed in my notice which they were not happy about and on my last months pay they deducted around 70% for an assortment of things that they seem to think I was liable for. One week later I was given an eviction notice as I could not pay my rent with the crumbs that they left of my pay and now I have been homeless and sleeping at a friends house for the last 3 months. On top of that they have taken me to court to scrape the money which they say that I owe them for vehicle damage ( a bus hitting the side of the car and all of the pictures and evidence sent to them on the day by me). Working for this company had been the biggest mistake of my life and my mental health had really gone down hill. I have lost the house I was living in for the last 15 years due to this company. A few days ago I asked them for my payslips and they emailed back stating that they will not give me any of my payslips until I pay them the alleged money that I owe them which is classed as blackmail due to data protection laws. I am currently in the process of taking them to court for the damage that they have done to my life for no reason other than being upset about my resignation. As a service/ callout engineer for Murray lift group we were asked to basically pull the wool over clients eyes and to overlook critical safety features on lifts that have broken down, another way that the company makes money is to push and pressure the engineers into recommending parts and items to be renewed even though they were in good/ serviceable condition which is similar to taking your vehicle to the local garage for your windscreen wipers not working and being told that you need a new gearbox. Im not writing this review to put people off of the company but I’m just pouring my heart out and being completely honest about what they have put me through and their business practices.
