      Pros

      The environment encourages collaboration and teamwork. The employees are fun to work with, and the company puts in effort to make the culture enjoyable. Fun, challenging projects and great work-life balance. There are ample opportunities for career advancement.

      Cons

      No cons. Just something to be aware of that the industry is known for slow quarters and busy quarters. Murphy isn’t a company where you can slack, they value the intelligence and dedication of their employees. It’s not always easy, but that’s what makes it fun since you’re always growing, learning, and challenging yourself.

      - Wonderful teammates and management who are a pleasure to work with - High level of trust and autonomy - Great deal of investment into their employees - Fantastically diverse team - Supportive leadership - High level of transparency - A focus on employee growth and promoting from within

      Cons

      The workload tends to comes in waves. This means you often find yourself either completely saturated with work, or relatively empty-handed.
