Pros

Slower pasted Rather than the therapist themselves. While still allowing to learn the environment patient interactions, front office routines for insurances and things like that.

Cons

You end up doing two jobs constantly yet they keep you at full time hours without getting benefits

Pros

Coworkers are great to work with.

Cons

Lots of manager's "pets." If you're not one of them they'll screw you over. If you actually have a life or have a child that's involved in any sports activities they will not work with you schedule wise if you're not a pet. Seniority does not matter. Raises are only across the board, not based on your performance which results in long term employees making significantly less than new hires. For a place that helps heal, you yourself or your family had been not get sick. You can only miss 10 days total in a year before they will fire you so don't get the flu. And heaven forbid you need a real vacation after having illness in your family! There's no feedback for great work, and if you do get something it's with a "you can do better" or "it's not good enough " attitude. And heaven forbid you make a mistake! No matter how insignificant it is, it will always be hanging over you head and you cannot say anything to defend or explain yourself. There's lots of bullying from management. It's very much a "my way or the highway " environment.
