      The coffee machine was ok

      Cons

      Extremely toxic management - Gaslighting, micro management No work life balance and pay is not as good as they sell it to be. Investment banker hours with a much lower pay. Product is all smoke and mirrors - You're selling corporate training, doesn't matter how much they try to spin it as something else

      Pros

      - great training and development / high standards - sellers can earn high 6 figures. There are multiple 7 figure earners at the top - executive team and leadership has a history of winning big - the people are highly skilled and talented, growth mindsets everywhere

      Cons

      - not really a con for me but it’s a competitive environment (everyone is eager to prove) - if you’re not ready to excel and work hard you could fall short of teammates who are
