I’m really glad to hear you enjoy our London office and love working alongside your team - the people truly are the best part of Multiverse. Regarding the changes and direction, I hear you. We’ve focused on simplifying our strategy and introducing a clear operating system and roadmaps, and we brought everyone together for an in-person Kick Off this year. The goal is to make sure everyone understands the direction and what they need to deliver; if things feel blurry, please speak to your manager. It’s important you have the clarity you need to perform at your best. When it comes to the layoffs, these are always incredibly difficult moments.
