Company car, fuel card, credit card, phone, laptop. Building relationships globally and nationally. Self management for State Managers and technicians. Direct relationships with customers.
Cons
The company expect a type of ownership of you, due the phone, car, etc. A constant turn over off staff. Management lack clarity and direction, mainly due to a lack of knowledge of the equipment and a complete disconnection with customers. Any training provided doesn't comply with any state, national or global standards. Basic training provided is simplistic, its a re-confirmation of how disconnected management is. Part availability is almost obsolete.
