Pros

Absolutely none. I can't believe how bad this place is to work here. So many lies and toxic culture. All the positive reviews are written and paid for by the company. So fake I can't believe it.

Cons

Honestly, this was the worst job I’ve ever had. Here’s what it was really like: - You’re expected to be online all the time — nights, weekends, holidays, even when you’re sick. It never stops. Expect to be available 24/7!!! - Pay was constantly late or missing. Every time I asked about it, I got some new excuse. Expect to not be paid your salary and the bonuses they promise you in the interview process. - The culture is pure stress. People get yelled at in meetings, threatened about losing their jobs, and humiliated in front of everyone. - The targets are a joke. They change them after the quarter ends so you can’t hit them, which means you don’t get paid what you’re owed. - Turnover is insane. Most of the people I started with were gone within a few months. - It destroyed my work-life balance and wrecked my health. I was exhausted all the time and constantly anxious. They sold me a dream in the interview, but once I started, it was nothing but lies and pressure. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Save yourself the time and stress and look elsewhere.

Pros

People outside of leadership are excellent and highly skilled, industry veterans.

Cons

They recruit explicitly highly successful individuals promising them the world and wild claims about success and growth. Only to run them off once they recognize the massive amount of red tape, complexity total lack of honesty/transparency around variable pay.
