      Multibrands have been successful in the FMCG industry for well over 20 years. Some staff has been with us for almost 20 years and many more have been with us for over 10. In a volatile global economic environment, we are proud to be continuing our growth and presence globally. Some staff join us with delusional ideas of ability and find, when tasked, that they should have applied to a much less dynamic and ambitious environment. We are sorry for your negative experience and wish you all the best.

      Pros

      I started here as a fresher and I must admit that I learned a lot working here. The way managers train, the package as fresher, the environment everything is quite a good experience.

      Can't think of any at this moment.

      Pros

      Very good work environment, supportive team and seniors. Normal work pressure, you will always get the time and space to show your creativity.

      Cons

      Growth path not clear as there is not proper hierarchy.
