Although company is a startup but it has gone past the science part and focusing on making product scheduled to be delivered to customers. Unlike a lot of early stage startups with ever-changing direction for technology, we are striving to build our products. The engineering and technology works are still challenging which makes it interesting. We don't have to worry about funding but just trying to get the best performance for our product. Engineers and management got open minds so good suggestions can always be considered. Onsite luncheon on Tuesday and Thursday were good for people to chat casually about everything.
