Workload can be unmanageable. Managing 50-60+ clients and continuing to onboard new clients as well as transitioning clients from employees who have left and not been replaced. Base pay is very low. Sales makes more than double in renewal commission than we do, even though they provide minimal help in managing the accounts. Took 6 months - 1 year to start making decent renewal commission, although it does differ based on the clients you get. Luck of the draw i guess. Very minimal support from management. Short staffed. Very low morale.
