At each branch, you are far enough away from the corporate office that the branch manager can run the store as he sees fit with little to no objection from higher management as long as the store's numbers are good. With this, it's great if your manager is a good team builder and manager. If your manager isn't, then it can be a very bad experience since the manager's actions go relatively unchecked.
