Cons
Low pay, a colleague who ran the office on a day to day had worked there for seven years was still earning under the poverty line. Owner had joked with him about that one time.
Low work ethic among employees. Hard to differentiate yourself from them, in the eyes of management.
Suggestions to improve employee satisfaction, or customer satisfaction were routinely ignored.
