Cons
- the management is terrible. We went from having two general managers to just one and he has no idea what he's doing. Likes to pick favourites among the staff and is very quick to pass judgement. Also accuses staff of things without any proof at all. - the schedule sucks. They make fake schedules with 8hr shifts max for when the Labour Board comes around but in reality servers work 10-12 hour shifts. - management are very unprofessional and immature. Anybody who gave their two week notice of resignation was taken off the schedule immediately and ignored by management. - If you make any kinds of mistakes they will "accidentally" forget to pay you fully. When you request your vacation pay it shows up two months later.
