Mphasis..becoming cheap day by day - Senior Associate Business Analyst Mphasis Employee Review

Mphasis is a company which only talks about ethics, integrity, values etc... but when it comes for company's responsibility towards it's employees it will crib about recession, cost cutting...company expansion. The infrastructure of Mphasis is so pathetic that even a domestic bpo will be proud of being ahead of Mphasis. Recently our CEO has made some amendment due to which the toilet papers and tissue papers were removed along with it's dispensers to save some bucks. Company has stopped hiring people making existing employees work like donkeys just to save some money and guess what crap the CEO gives....We are expanding our business! ..I wonder which business school did he pass out from. He has also stopped our appraisal for next 2 years till 2011. People are leaving Mphasis like never before and current employees are made to do overtimes with no extra remuneration. It's only earning business due to it's association with HP and EDS other wise it's a bigtime looser.
