Pros
They have a decently stocked kitchen most of the time. You as the employee have to pay out of pocket for most of the company "sponsored" events, but at least they try. Everything is about trying at Mozido and unfortunately failing. To be fair to the current management, the past management was generally an awful team and most (not all) are gone. Too many demos not enough real products that earned revenue. The current management is trying hard to catch some steam. They are trying to restructure (yet again) and give it another try. They are trying.
Cons
The company tries to motivate employees, but come way short on benefits and real results. Current management has been talking a big game, but has yet to produce any results in the last 9 months so far (very slow to produce results). They are bleeding high quality talent that is hard to replace. It'll be a long while for them to recover top talent outside of management relationships. Bonuses from last year have not been payed and are basically ignored due to financial struggles.
