      Flexibility. They only make you work when you want to.

      Cons

      I was given a single day of classroom training and then sent out to book appointments at an event by myself. Then I was sent to book appointments in a low income neighborhood because the manager couldn't be bothered to spend two seconds checking out the area beforehand. I was also not reimbursed for mileage from the event even though it was promised to me and I drove over 300 miles total.

      Pros

      Moxie Solar is truly dedicated to delivering solar technology to its Customers using high ethical standards. It is a welcoming work environment, and they invest in training their teams so that they are experts that Customers can rely on to make informed decisions on implementing solar solutions. Very supportive management team that is working hard to lead the way in the renewable energy industry. Enjoyable place to work.

      Cons

      Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, it was 100% virtual team environment for employees not close to the headquarters. It would have been nice to have a little more "touch" with teams.
