I can't really find any cons. I can only say that we have a big responsability since we are dealing with people and their future.

senior management are narcissistic and have delusions of grandeur, one in particular has psychopathic tendencies and combined this results in a high turnover of staff, any new member of staff that shows any type of initiative will be sacked.
