      Pros

      Great people and great management. Management allows for a lot of independence but is also quick to answer any questions you have.

      Cons

      LONG hours, but this is where being paid hourly is a huge benefit.

      -Company culture is amazing -Fast growing company -Lots of available work -Management backs its employees and always has their best interest in mind -Compensation level is accurate for the amount and difficulty of the work

      -must rely on other employees to complete jobs, can somewhat be unreliable

      good money for summer time work for college student. Great real life application of supply chain. Good way to build work ethic

      long hard hours of work, sometimes customers can be frustrating to deal with, but whats new.
