Great Company Culture - Senior Project Controls Manager Mott MacDonald Employee Review

The company has a global presence but a mom-and-pop (small firm) feel. I've made lasting relationships with work colleagues that I will maintain even after I leave the company. This relationship-building is possible because of the company's culture and the opportunities available to the young and hungry. The access to upper management is something I have not seen in other firms I've worked at. In other firms, upper management tends to isolates themselves from young professionals whereas at Mott MacDonald they are actively investing in the next generation to take their place.
