      Pros

      Work like balance and the ability to come and go as you please. There are many wonderful people who work there.

      Cons

      I personally witnessed highly unethical conduct at several levels of management. I have many years of executive level work experience and this company has one of the most corrupt and unethical work environments that I have ever seen. There are no legitimate oversight mechanism, and I think this company has a dim future if the "right" people ever take a closer look.

      Amazing internship culture! Everyone is super supportive and nice. The internship program is also very well-organized. Great WLB as well.

      Pros

      I highly value the autonomy I am given to manage my own workload, and I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with several of my talented colleagues.

      Cons

      That independence comes at a cost. The company is incredibly disorganized and siloed. Management will force lateral moves on you without asking; I've ended up balancing four different roles with absolutely no pay increase. Requests for fair compensation compared to the peers I trained were completely ignored. Territories change constantly, but zero training is provided. You are essentially left entirely on your own to figure it out.

      Thanks for your review. We regularly review employee compensation to make sure it is competitive with local market practices in the industries and countries where we operate. Additionally, all Motorola Solutions employees participate in an annual incentive plan or a sales incentive plan. That said, we appreciate your feedback and have made a note of it.
