This company is now on downslide/slope, management from the top is clueless, while at internally in townhall and outside it will be projected as this is a top class company
Cons
This company is trying to make changes and to do that energy is being spent on "hiring new talent". Nothing wrong in hiring new talent as long as it is a "fit". People who have no clue what public safety is about are now decision makers while people who have worked hard for many many years are paying price of staying back and making this company successful. Every yr new buzz words will be heard and introduced. New talent coming from outside having worked in the same company for 20 yrs is fine but someone who had worked here for 20 yrs is now not talented any more.
