Self praising CEO with no outcome. CEO makes up nice stories which any one shouldn't believe. If any one believes, no one can save them. Don't even consider this company's job opportunity as a backup plan. Very badly organized company and no HODs know what is going on and who will be responsible for what. If one need any help from any dept, has run between departments for days with out any update. Out dated HR practices. 3 Months notice period 20% of your salary is held and no one know when it is paid. If one leaves before completion of year, even one day before, 20% salary is gone. Even to get this amount, there a complex formula which no one understands. Only one client, if for any reason if an employee is out of the client, or didn't get on-board with the client, his/her life is hell and will get fired after 3months with out any notice. AC will be turned off with out any notice by noon and employees will go crazy after that. It will be never be turned on back, and if it has to turned on, there is a big chain of approval process, by the time the process gets completed the day is over and ac is not required by that time, and they dont turn it on.
