Terrible, Toxic Work Environment - Sales Motionloft Employee Review

The CEO is a child, a baby really, and every day starts with her kicking, screaming, threatening to fire everyone, verbally abusing employees, physically abusing furniture, etc. The employees spend 99% of their time keeping her from having another tantrum and that leave zero time for actually assisting customers. As a result of this, the product is years behind the competition at 4x the price. There is no understanding of the customer base or market need because everyone is too preoccupied with when the next CEO fit will be and who will be fired this week. By far the most toxic, unprofessional, confrontational and negative company I have ever been a part of.
