      Great people to work with. Always something to do. Very steep learning curve. Really cool projects. Several opportunities for hands on work. Great opportunity to gain experience. Well rounded set of responsibilities Involvement with every aspect of project management Great benefits package

      Cons

      Very small company so they can't really pay that great. Not very many opportunities to advance your career within the company.
