7yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your dedication to making life accessible for our clients as a Motion employee. We appreciate knowing what’s on the minds of our employees, current or former and good or bad, because we want to know what we need to do to make Motion an even better place to be.
The last year at Motion has been filled with change and action, but we know that change can come with a sense of uncertainty for some of our employees. As we continue to evolve, it’s important that we share the ways that we have taken action to increase communication with our employees. Your Regional Director and the HR team is always available to chat about your concerns. We’ve introduced Workplace by Facebook to ensure that we have a two-way communication channel and that we are getting news about our company to our employees as quickly as possible. We also provide the ongoing opportunity for our employees to share their suggestions about how we can continue to make Motion a great place to work through our Employee Suggestion Box. It’s also important to share that we recently changed our people/payroll system and processes, to provide more accuracy and transparency while ensuring Motion meets all legislative requirements. And in February 2019, we look forward launching an enhanced learning platform through which we can invest in our people by offering new and improved training programs.
