      Employment staff seemed descent. No other pros.

      Cons

      Not respectful of good employment practices. If you release an employee have the decency to do it at the end if the day. Don't wait for them to use their time to come in an tell them at the door they are released. Really BAD FORM. Descent companies don't do that. They pay the person for the first hour of their time or release them the evening before. Show some respect.

      Illegally recording calls in Illinois “two way party state”. Didnt tell me that I was being listened to. Wasnt giving us PTO Took away technician bonuses because he got mad they called him out for not receiving PTO Worst boss ive ever worked for, just because you can own a business doesnt mean you should. Owner went off on me because I mentioned its illegal to record calls, turned it on me by saying I dont do my job well enough and then went and talked bad about me to all the other employees
