* Everything. * If you're an intern, don't even look in their direction. * You are a slave until further notice. * You are made to slave 6 days a week in 2019 in a design/ad agency. * Salary has never been paid on time ever since I've worked there. You get paid on 15-20th of the month, Imagine living like that. Other employees will corroborate on this, If they don't, they're lying. FACT. * CEO(s) think they know their sh*t when it comes to design, but really, they know jack! * They use Wix to make websites and charge clients as though they developed the whole website themselves! coding et all! * They don't know what is work/life balance at all. * The company is up and running for almost 5 years now, They use bootleg versions of the Adobe Suite. To summarise, it's a lala company, AVOID to save yourself the embarrassment of having to add this company on your CV.
