Competitive pay, good working environment

Does offer benefits but the insurance is a little expensive

They do have a lot of work so even in the winter you'll be busy. So its good for the family at Christmas time.

The bad thing is they stop giving Christmas bonuses except to superintendents. They have a company bus so I was riding 4 hours and working 10 and not getting per diem. Just seems like they don't really care about the men doing the work
