Work-life balance, you can do interesting things. For example, research different areas. Very good and nice people are working there.

Cons

Very poor salary. It so poor, that you do not see it at all. But instead you get experience and plenty of free time.

A beautiful work environment with a dedicated and passionate student body. Interesting conferences and opportunities.

Cons

Some MSU Press textbooks and materials are out of date. The English translations should be refreshed. Resistance to letting the old ways go.
